The artist Guillermo Habacuc Vargas was responsible for the death of a dog from starvation for an excibition of his that took place last year; I ask you that you sign this petition in order to stop such atrocities from happening! I know it may seem miniscule compared to other beastly actions we take as a species, but this is inexcusable!
